Partnerships

Join our partnership ecosystem to extend vital patient advocacy services and support to individuals and families navigating complex healthcare systems nationwide, with a special focus on underserved communities and complex healthcare challenges.

Disclosure: Some referral partners listed below compensate The Patient's Advocate, or vice versa, only if a referral converts into paying work. This never changes what a client pays for any partner's services.

Why Collaborate?

Building a Shared Commitment to Patient Well-Being

Shared Mission & Independent Advocacy

Align with a dedicated advocate whose sole focus is the patient's best interest. Our independent approach ensures no conflicts of interest, providing unbiased support that complements your existing services and reinforces your commitment to patient-centered care.

Specialized Expertise: Health Navigation, SSDI, and Rural Focus

Leverage our deep understanding of healthcare navigation, the intricacies of SSDI applications and appeals, and comprehensive Whole Health Advocacy, honed through years of legislative advocacy and direct patient support, with a particular focus on rural Appalachian communities.

Tangible Community Impact

Contribute to a broader movement of empowering patients and strengthening healthcare access. Your partnership directly helps individuals overcome systemic barriers, understand their options, organize their cases, and get the support they need to move forward.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of organizations do you partner with? Individual specialists whose work complements mine (end-of-life or geriatric care specialists, for example), and organizations such as healthcare providers, non-profits, employers, and academic institutions who share a commitment to patient well-being.
How does the referral process work? Referral partners can direct clients to this website or provide them with contact information. Onboarding for referred clients is handled confidentially, the same as any other client.
Are there any costs associated with becoming a partner? No upfront cost to inquire about the Referral Partner Program or Strategic Collaborations. Any financial arrangement, such as a referral fee, is discussed and agreed to in writing before it is ever listed here.
Do you get paid when you refer me to a partner? In some cases, yes, if the referral results in paying work for the partner. This is disclosed on each partner's individual listing above. It never changes what you pay for that partner's services.
How do you protect client confidentiality? As a non-clinical advocate, I am not a HIPAA-covered entity, but I maintain strict confidentiality practices consistent with professional patient advocacy standards. See the Privacy & Security Policy for details.
Can we co-brand materials or services? Co-branding is available for strategic collaborations, allowing us to amplify shared messaging, particularly for educational initiatives or integrated service offerings.
What is the difference between your services and medical or legal advice? As a non-clinical advocate, I do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical care, and I do not provide legal representation outside my role as a registered SSA representative for SSDI matters. Services are strictly limited to non-medical navigation, coordination, and advocacy support.
